Carin D. Wieters, CPA, MBA  - President
Carin holds a Master of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida.  Carin has a total of 13+ years of federal service both as a member of the armed forces and as a civilian employee.  She served in the U.S. Army and the Air National Guard with a period of activation in support of Operation Nobel Eagle.  She is a service-disabled veteran.  In addition, she held positions at the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Office of Inspector General and the Veterans Health Administration.  Carin has developed expertise with VA systems, policies and procedures.

Robert H. "Bob" Wieters, Sr.  - Executive Vice President

Bob completed 32+ years of federal service, 22 with the Department of Veterans Affairs as Chief, Medical Administration.  During his tenure with the DVA, he was on the implementation team for Medical Care Cost Recovery (MCCR).  He began his federal service in 1963 when he enlisted in the U.S. Army.  During his more than 10 years of active service he had the opportunity to visit more than 15 foreign countries.  Although Mr. Wieters is a 100% Service Connected Veteran, he maintains an active lifestyle working and volunteering with his church.
