Charge Master Creation and Maintenance:
We will work with you to create and maintain a charge master tailored to your unique practice or facility goals and geographic location.  We provide quarterly updates to ensure your charge master is always up to date.  

 

Coding:
Our coders are credential by AHIMA and/or AAPC with 3+ years of experience using coding software applications including QuadraMed’s Encoder Product Suite, VA's CPRS, and VISTA Imaging.  We perform regular audits of our work to ensure completed encounters accurately describe the medical services provided, the procedures performed, and diagnosis rendered.  Our focus on quality aids in the creation of clean bills that maximize reimbursement. 

 

Billing:
Our billing specialists have experience processing federal agency bills utilizing the VISTA IB package.  CPFS professional billers understand the unique billing environment in the VA and the importance of generating clean bills using tools such as the QuadraMed Claim Scrubber.  Our services include standard inpatient and outpatient billing as well as billing for unique cases such as Humanitarian, Non-Veteran or Non-VA (Fee), and TriCare just to name a few.

 

Claims Processing:

Our claims processors are experienced medical reimbursement specialists.  We provide processing for authorized outpatient and inpatient ancillary claims, as well as unauthorized and MillBill claims.  We work with your facility to establish a process to ensure your claims are processed as efficiently as possible.  

 

Medical Administrative Services:  
The professionals at CPFS have thorough knowledge of legal medical records creation, assembly, and maintenance.  We are experts in adhering to government policies and procedures in proving these services.  Whether your medical records are electronic, hardcopy, or hybrid, we can tailor the solution to your specific requirements.  

 

In addition, we provide data validation, audit and quality assurance services.  We offer standard or customized audits with optional follow up training and education tailored to the weaknesses identified during the audit.
