About Us

Consolidated Patient Financial Solutions, LLC (CPFS) was established in 2007 and is a Limited Liability Company owned by Carin Wieters and R. H. "Bob" Wieters, Sr., both of whom service-disabled veterans.  Our mission is to be the recognized leader in  providing automated patient financial solutions through expertise, efficiencies, and quality driven business processes. We focus on exceeding the needs of our customers in an environment that fosters long-term relationships with all stakeholders through community involvement, employee empowerment, and a reputation for excellent customer service.

 
Carin D. Wieters, CPA, MBA  - President
Carin holds a Master of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, from which she graduated from her program with Distinction in 2004.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida.  Carin has a total of 13+ years of federal service both as a civilian and a member of the armed forces.  She served in the U.S. Army and the Air National Guard with a period of activation in support of Operation Nobel Eagle and is a service-disabled veteran.  In addition, she held positions at the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Office of Inspector General and the Veterans Health Administration.  She is experienced with VA systems, policies and procedures.

 

Robert H. "Bob" Wieters, Sr.  - Executive Vice President

Bob completed 32+ years of federal service, 22 of which were with the Department of Veterans Affairs as Director of Hospital Administration.  During his tenure with the DVA, he was on the implementation team for Medical Care Cost Recovery (MCCR).  He began his federal service in 1963 at the age of 18 when he enlisted into the U.S. Army.  During his more than 10 years he had the opportunity to visit more than 15 foreign countries and learn various trades.  He was a Drill Instructor training new recruits and preparing troops for service in Vietnam.  Although Mr. Wieters is a 100% Service Connected Veteran, he maintains an active lifestyle working and volunteering with his Church, where he developed their web presence and maintains that presence on a daily basis from his home.
